Darrel at American Structure showed up on time, communication was clear and timely. Project was well managed and done in three days. The crew, Fernando Salazar, Ronaldo,Elmer, Hector and Gabriel worked hard and were respectful of my property. I would highly recommend AS for drainage solutions. They are not the cheapest but they came highly recommended by my dependable HVAC guy and didn't disappoint.
American Structure is a great company. If I can give them 10 stars I would. My house is fixed! After multiple contractors came out to look, American Structure did it right the first time. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Before we called American Structure we had a small pond in our yard everytime it rained. After we called American Structure, Julio made detail designs to fix the drainage issue. Abel and his crew worked hard. They we so friendly and polite. We now have the best professionally installed drainage system. It looks like it will last a lon long time. It rained the other day. All the rain went into the drainage system. I recommend American Structure.
Great work overall and communication with Julio. I wish I had better communication and updates from the actual project manager since I was out of town during the project, but I was provided pics of the process with captions upon request once the project was complete. Very please with the outcome and time it took to complete my retaining wall update!
Abel and his crew were prompt and efficient installing our new drainage system on our front sidewalk. Took extra care to put the sidewalk and lawn back in its original appearance.
Very pleased with the work that was done ! I feel like they went above and beyond! Julio was so helpful in answering all my questions and explaining everything to me ! Abel was right there checking and rechecking on the work . They didn’t stop until it was right! And I so appreciate the clean up. Also!
The guys at American Structure were awesome to deal with. They addressed my problems and didn't try to over sell me on anything. The crew that did my work were great lead by Guillermo he was very attenitive to my questions and made sure his guys cleaned up. I would highly recommend these guys for any crawl space needs. Especially any foundation issues.
These guys are very professional!!! They were really awesome and friendly. I work at Oakwood Apartments in Jacksonville, we called these guys out to work on our property. Fernando, Julio, and Guillermo made sure they explained everything and kept us informed. I definitely recommend this guy's!!!
I was having drainage problems in my yard and needed a French Drain installed. I called American Structure and I am beyond satisfied with their work.GUILLERMO GONZALEZ the project manager brought his crew here and man did they do a fantastic job. He was a delight to work with. He made sure it was all done correctly and even though it was a total mess getting it installed. He made sure it was all cleaned up and my yard looked like they had never been here. Thank you Gullermo and your crew for a JOB WELL DONE.
Outstanding customer support and job execution. Julio was entirely professional and courteous throughout. I appreciate his extra efforts figuring out the best walkway solution on a challenging site and the bid's compelling price. The crew was clearly skilled and efficient.
